The questionnaire will be used to identify volunteers/coaches that want to become mentors or being mentored by more qualified individuals.

The Coach education programme form part of it and if indicated that you interested in a course you will be put in a waiting list and informed when the next course of its kind run in Grampian.

There are also sections to indicate if you want to receive newsletters or info on seminars & workshops.
