RGU:SPORT (Talented Athlete Programme)

We are running a Talented Athlete program where young athletes who have no access to Strength and Conditioning can do so and hopefully support their athletic development. Our aim is to support these athletes in moving up into their NGB Academy or Institute level network and develop them to enhance their performance. So far we have been successful with two athletes gaining pro contracts at Aberdeen FC and one progressing into the Grampian Institute and Scottish Squash Academy. The next block starts end of January and we are looking to fill the sessions pretty quickly.
